Free wavetable synthesizer plugin TetraOP by Tilr

Tilr has released TetraOP, a free wavetable synthesizer plugin as part of the KVR Developer Challenge 2026. The plugin is available immediately with no registration or sign-up required, and it can be used royalty-free in commercial and non-commercial projects.

TetraOP is a four-oscillator wavetable synth built with phase modulation, FM, ring modulation, and Unison modes. It is based on Ableton Operator’s architecture and implemented using the Gin and JUCE frameworks for fast, stable performance across Windows and macOS.

How to download TetraOP

Visit the official KVR Developer Challenge 2026 page and scroll to Tilr’s entry. Click the download link for your OS and DAW format. No account or email is required—just extract the archive and drag the plugin into your VST3, AU, or CLAP folder. Restart your DAW and scan for new plugins.

Licensing and usage

TetraOP is provided royalty-free for both personal and commercial use. You may use it in tracks, sample packs, or streaming content without attribution. Redistribution of the plugin itself is not permitted.
